Arielle has spent the last 10 years cultivating her field and leadership experience which includes working with school districts, DCF and other Welfare agencies, and serving on an executive team for a non-profit running specialized therapeutic group care. Arielle is passionate about mental health and building communities to foster better supports for children and their families. Arielle holds a Masters in Mental Health Counseling with a specialty track in Applied Behavior Analysis from Nova Southeastern University.

Sean brings more than 15 years of leadership experience to our team. He has successfully managed a medical supply company before taking a passionate leap into the field of ABA. Sean now has more than 8 years of experience working in the field as a Registered Behavior Technician. He has also assisted in the development and training of teams and other RBT's.

Brenna entered the field of ABA 4 years ago bringing with her 8 years of leadership experience from previous employment. She has a passion for working with children and families and teaching them the tools they need for success. Brenna holds a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University where she is currently working on her PhD.

I entered the field of ABA 4 years ago. Prior to applied behavior analysis, I was in respite care for 4 years. I have always been passionate about putting no limits on others and to provide support for children and their families. I received a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmon's University.

Kristi Fadden, MS, BCBA

Jason has decades of mental health experience and has a passion for training and working with families. Jason's specialty is crisis management and de-escalation. Jason has worked with school districts, group homes, and every setting in-between to provide quality support and training for his clients.

Jason Mould, BS, BCaBA

Gilberto has over eight years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services working with children and families and implementing effective treatment plans. Gilberto's experience working with diverse populations equips him with a global perspective to bridge barriers across our multicultural community. His empathetic approach to therapeutic intervention focuses on promoting independence and self autonomy to foster a fulfilling life for his clients and their family.

Tierra spent nine years as a preschool teacher and has four years of experience in child welfare. Tierra spent four years specializing in trauma informed techniques and providing children and families with resources. Tierra is currently enrolled at Florida institute of Technology in Melbourne, FL to obtain a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a graduate date of December 2023. Tierra enjoys helping others and providing families with the support needed within their family dynamics.

Jane entered the field of ABA two and a half years ago. Prior to working in the field, she has experience teaching elementary grades and volunteering with kids in her community in a variety of settings. She holds a bachelors in criminal justice, and is currently completing coursework to obtain her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis with a graduation date of Spring 2025. Jane is passionate about trauma-informed care, and supporting her clients and their families in reaching their goals.

Meghan has been dedicated to the field of Behavior Analysis for almost 4 years. She has provided trauma informed care to clients with adjustment disorders, ADHD, ODD, OCD, ASD, and other mental illnesses. Before finding the field of ABA, Meghan was a Montessori school teacher and a children's sports coach. Meghan played college softball at Palm Beach State College and earned her Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Simmons University. Meghan's passion is to establish positive and supportive interactions with each staff, client, and their family as they work together to achieve significant behavior change.

Tiana Smith, Is a student analyst for the Treasure Coast at Monarch Circle. She earned  her bachelor degree in human services, while mentoring children with past trauma in the school setting. She completed her Master’s at Capella University. She has a profound interest in selective/restrictive feeding and incorporating health and fitness into the field of ABA. Her personality radiates warmth and compassion towards anyone who comes her way.

Sara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from El Paso, Texas. After receiving her bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from McMurry University in 2015 and her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Endicott College in 2018, Sara moved to Florida to further her career in Behavior Analysis.  Sara has been working with families of children with disabilities since 2015. Sara loves all dogs and cats in the world (even the ugly ones) and hopes to someday successfully grow a tomato plant.

Amy is passionate about assisting families and individuals in accomplishing their goals.
Amy has more than five years of leadership experience by successfully assisting in managing a preschool before her career change to the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Amy now has four years of experience working in the field as a registered behavior technician and is committed to growing and continuing to learn in
the field.
